Showcasing our passion for helping small food and agribusinesses, we were able to secure grant money from the Department of Agriculture Water and the Environment (DAWE). This funding enabled us to build the first online platform designed for the benefit of fishers, farmers and food businesses to make smart choices about authenticity technologies.
The provenance and storytelling technologies trend has had steadfast growth across all industries. However, not all businesses have enough resources to learn, train, and implement these technologies in their process.
Taking on those factors, our team conceptualised the Traceability Chooser to help businesses – especially those by fishers and farmers and teach them how to appropriately decide on a technology that tracks, traces and proves their product origins and provenance. These decisions help build strong and secure supply chains and help businesses meet changing market and consumer demands.
Having an extensive understanding of food business needs and using the expertise of our partnership with the APAC Provenance group of technology providers, the Traceability Chooser simplifies the complex information about authenticity technologies. Through this interactive and informative guide, Australian food businesses and producers can more efficiently use their time and money.
